There is a second face in the background which may or may not be the same character.
I like the directness of the gaze, and the hand raised to the mouth as though the character is considering something, or someone.
You've deliberately made the figure look a little bit strange^^ This is to do with your style. You wish to suggest, or convey, the quality of strangeness through your style.
The presence of a telescopic sight in the picture may suggest that someone is looking at the character through a camera, or it may suggest the telescopic sight of a rifle. Either way, it might suggest that the character is a target.
It's the sort of picture which raises questions and possibilities, like those above, in the mind of the viewer, without resolving them. I think that the intention is to create interest in the manga, the story and the character. And I think that it succeeeds in this.
